WHAT IS COUNSELLING?
Counselling is a process where you can talk about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and confidential space. It provides an opportunity for reflection, growth, and support.
HOW DO I KNOW IF COUNSELLING IS FOR ME?
Many people find counselling helpful when they are facing difficulties, want to explore aspects of themselves, or simply need a safe space to talk.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIRST SESSION?
The first session is a chance to discuss what brings you to counselling and what you hope to gain. It is also an opportunity to see if we are a good fit for working together.
DO I HAVE TO USE VIDEO?
Sessions can take place either face to face, via video or audio call. You can choose the format that feels most comfortable for you.
WHAT IF I FIND IT HARD TO TALK?
There is no expectation to share more than you feel able to. We can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
CAN I SWEAR?
Yes. You are free to express yourself openly without judgement.
